Ukase from the Chief Deputy of the President of the Synod of Bishops

The clergyman of the Archbishop’s Church in Croydon, Australia, Protopriest Michael Boikov is hereby appointed my Personal Secretary in all church matters until the forthcoming Council of Bishops, when a new First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia is elected. 

Protopriest Serafim Gan, Personal Secretary of the late Most Reverend Metropolitan Laurus, is hereby appointed his assistant.
