Bishop John of Caracas Celebrates Divine Liturgy and Performs an Ordination at St Sergius of Radonezh Cathedral

On the feast day of the Smolensk "Hodigitria" Icon of the Mother of God, His Grace Bishop John of Caracas, Administrator of the South American parishes of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, officiated at Divine Liturgy at St Sergius Cathedral in Cleveland, OH. He was joined by His Grace Bishop Peter of Cleveland and the clergymen of the Diocese of Chicago and Mid-America. During Liturgy, Bishop John ordained Subdeacon Seraphim Wing to the rank of deacon.
