The Primate of the Russian Church Abroad Receives His Beatitude Metropolitan Jonah, Primate of the Orthodox Church in America

On Sunday, February 27, 2011, His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America and New York, at the request of His Beatitude Metropolitan Christopher of the Czech Lands and Slovakia, received His Beatitude Metropolitan Jonah, Primate of the Orthodox Church in America, at his residence in New York. The meeting was held in a spirit of brotherly love and mutual understanding; questions of common interest were discussed. The hierarchs continued their discussions during a fraternal trapeza offered by Metropolitan Hilarion. During their exchange, Metropolitan Christopher invited Metropolitan Jonah to visit the Orthodox Church of the Czech Lands and Slovakia.
