The Fund for Assistance to the Russian Church Abroad is Collecting Donations for Refugees of Eastern Ukraine

With the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America and New York, the Fund for Assistance to the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia has published an appeal from its President, Mark Selawry, appealing for donations to benefit the many refugees of Eastern Ukraine.
