A short video of the episcopal consecration of Archimandrite Irenei (Steenberg) as Bishop of Sacramento is posted on the official website of the Western American Diocese. Archbishop Kyrill of San Francisco and Western America is shown entrusting the archpastoral staff to the new bishop with words of guidance spoken in English, as there was a large gathering of representatives of other Local Orthodox Churches.
