Divine services at Ascension of the Lord Convent on the Mount of Olives

3:45 pm: Greeting of His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America and New York, First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia.

4 pm: Vespers, pannikhida, matins.

Friday, August 25

7 am: Midnight office.

7:30 am: Greeting of Metropolitan Hilarion. Divine Liturgy. Afterwards, a trapeza luncheon at the Church of St Philaret the Merciful.

Presentation of the book Archimandrite Antonin (Kapustin): Sermons and His Years in Kiev.

Viewing of Archimandrite Antonin (Kapustin), Builder of Russian Palestine, directed by A. Slobodskoy.

The trapeza church will host an exhibit of documents and archives of Fr Antonin from the library of the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission in Jerusalem of the Moscow Patriarchate (Gorny Convent).
