Please accept from my unworthiness, my brother Archpastors, clergyman and the fullness of the Russian Orthodox Church Abroad our warmest greetings on the anniversary of your patriarchal enthronement! We prayerfully wish your Holiness blessed strength in spirit and body, spiritual peace and the abundant sacred mercies of the all merciful god.

Praying before the Kursk-Root Icon of the Mother of God "of the Sign," we beseech the Queen of Heaven her abundant assistance in your patriarchal service to the flock of All Russia, the increase of boldness in carrying this very difficult service, good health, staunchness of spirit, many joys and consolation for many years.
