On Saturday, January 19, 2019, the feast of the Epiphany of the Lord, Protopriest Victor Potapov officiated at Divine Liturgy and the great blessing of the waters at St John the Baptist Cathedral in Washington, DC, along with the other cathedral clergy and an enormous gathering of worshipers.
