Metropolitan Nicholas of Eastern America and New York visits the North American Archdiocese of the Antiochian Orthodox Church

On Wednesday, 29 December, 2022, His Eminence Metropolitan Nicholas of Eastern America and New York, First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, visited the Chancery of the North American Archdiocese of the Antiochian Orthodox Church in New Jersey.

Metropolitan Nicholas was warmly greeted by His Eminence Metropolitan Antonios of Zahle, Baalbek and Dependencies, Patriarchal Vicar of North America of the AOC, and his aides.

After joint prayer in the house chapel of the Chancery and venerating its relics, the archpastors shared a fraternal meal during which they discussed affairs in the Holy Church, pastoral and missionary service, youth ministry, inter-Orthodox relations and activities. The hierarchs then exchanged gifts, wishing each other Divine aid. Participating in the meeting were also Archprist Thomas Zain, members of the Patriarchal Chancery and Archpriest Serafim Gan, Chancellor of the Synod of Bishops of ROCOR.
