Youth to Return to Parishes

Quarantines have loosened at the churches of the Eastern American Diocese, while in California, prohibitions on public divine services and church singing continue. Parish schools throughout America are closed, and even where lessons are held, they are online and limited in scope. The first Divine Liturgy at the Synodal Cathedral of Our Lady "of the Sign" in New York with the participation of congregants was held on 28 June, 2020, after 4 months of quarantine, during which only clergymen celebrated as worshipers followed live-stream transmissions. With a 25% capacity, many young people have begun to return.
